Shakendo is designed with both parents and children in mind. Child accounts within Shakendo are created and managed solely by parents or legal guardians. Children cannot independently create an account. Any data associated with a child profile is controlled and removable by the parent.

Child profiles do not require separate login credentials and are fully managed by the Primary Account Holder.

Analytics for child accounts is limited, aggregated, and non-identifying to ensure additional privacy protection.

Parents and legal guardians are solely responsible for managing their child's data, supervising account access, and reviewing any content their child submits or interacts with inside the app. Shakendo cannot verify the identity or age of individuals added under a Primary Account and is not liable for any misuse arising from inaccurate information or inadequate supervision. We encourage parents and guardians to actively monitor their children’s app usage, set appropriate boundaries, and regularly review how their information is used within Shakendo.

4.1 Notice to Parents and Guardians

A Primary Account” refers to the main account created and managed by a parent or legal guardian (the “Primary Account Holder”). Through this account, the parent may create and manage one or more child profiles (“Child Users”), who access the app in a limited and supervised manner.

By creating a Primary Account and adding a child profile, you provide explicit, verifiable parental consent for Shakendo to process your child’s information as described in this Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that:

Parents can delete all child-related data or revoke a child’s access at any moment.

You may also request complete data erasure by contacting us at support@shakendo.com. After deletion, remaining backups and logs are purged within a reasonable period as required by law.
